If you have a 2009-2014 F150. and you're wondering how that 32-inch curved bar fits into the front grille, it couldn't get any better. Instead of using the brackets that came with this bar, I simply drilled two holes in the factory F150 grille bracket and was able to insert the mounting bolts right through the grille bracket and into the light fitting which fitted perfectly to the inside of the grille and completely filled in the top of the grille. There was a gap of about 1/4" (1/8" on each side) that I filled with washers. I didn't want to install a light on the underside of the grille and obstruct the airflow of my Ecoboost intercooler so this worked perfectly. This requires a bit of work/fabrication/measuring and drilling but well worth it. I hooked it up to a relay that connects to the high beams, so when the high beams are on, so is the bar. Also an important note. I sealed all edges of the glass lens where the lens meets the black body with clear silicone the day before. I also did this to my fiancee's LED bar (same brand) that I gave her for Christmas 2018 and it has held up perfectly ever since. I hope to get the same durability and reliability from this rod and avoid moisture issues by doing so. If I encounter any problems I will update.
