I had to make 2 emergency trips across the country after years without flying. On my first trip, my computer bag didn't fit my new 16" laptop and I broke my shoulder trying to carry it. When I found out I had to go back, I immediately started shopping for a new computer handbag. My husband looked at all those $300 bags because he needed them too. He bought an overpriced piece of clothing and we returned it straight away - it was tiny and already falling apart! I found this bag and thought it was true to size, but for the price? Even if it only made one successful flight, it paid for itself until I needed a chiropractor the minute I got home. I also bought it for my husband but didn't tell him it was cheap. (He's very picky and thinks things are good when they're expensive.) Well, not only did this bag ride without a single scratch on it or my devices, I was able to fit literally everything I needed in it - my laptop, my iPad, my file binders, notepad, my journal, all chargers, adapters and cables, a bag full of crayons... plus some masks, my ID and cards, a candy bar and some office supplies while I'm at it! The strap is soft and I put up with all my shit without the pain or sharp stabbing pains from repacking that dogged me! I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the price and space. I highly recommend.
