Won't wake up from sleep, had to come back!

After 10 years without my own laptop I bought this Zenbook 13 with 8 RAM and 256 GB. I'm giving this review 1 star because I had to return it. The problem I had was that the laptop would not wake up from sleep, this happened almost the first day after setting up my account and after the battery was charged. When I closed the lid or put the computer to sleep while idle, the screen went black, a small light on the side blinked, but the light on the power button didn't blink. I couldn't turn it on with the mouse, power button or any other button. The only way to turn it back on is to hold the power button for more than 20 seconds and restart. This was very annoying as technically you had to work on a laptop the whole time to avoid risking resetting and losing everything you were working on. Checking online seems to be a common problem for Asus computers. I called support and followed some instructions but it didn't fix the situation. So I decided to return. The laptop is small, light, beautiful, fast, stylish and feels comfortable. The selection of connections is also large. I like the speakers. Battery life felt a bit like it should have said 15 hours and then went down to 8 and down to 3, but it went back up. The keyboard wasn't my favorite, I found it a bit awkward and I hated the location of the power button which I kept holding down because I wanted to remove it. I'd say if you're still thinking about getting one, go for the Zen 14 as it can offer more handroom and a better button layout.
