Doesn't wake up from sleep mode, but everything else is fine

I liked the laptop a lot except for one shortcoming. He doesn't wake up when he falls asleep. I had to change all the power settings to keep the screen on because if it's on for an hour or more it won't wake up. This seems to be a problem for a lot of people who have Zenbooks. I contacted Asus support and they gave me a list of things to try. If I can't get it to work I'll probably return it and get something else. Too bad because I love everything else.

Total disappointment

Looks like cheap junk. There isn't a single aspect of the system that makes you feel like you've bought something quality. Completely disappointed in this car. Pros: Battery life is good and easy to carry. Cons: Feels and works like something worth $150. it feels like it's going to tear. You couldn't even open the lid easily. It's like they didn't think of actually using it. The display is mediocre at best. Sitting next to my 5 year old surface is significantly worse. The quality of the camera…

Pros
  • Built-in IR camera for facial recognition, Windows Hello login
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Great laptop for the price!

The Asus Zenbook 13.3 UX325 was better than I expected. While the battery life is 7 to 8 hours, it's more than enough to get you through the day and I have no issues with the ultra-fast USB-C charging at all. I prefer a small laptop, but this one is small and thin but has two USB-C ports, an HDMI port, and a micro SD slot. Wow. The touch keyboard isn't great, but is rarely needed. In terms of speed, this thing really sings. Many applications can be opened, including high-performance software…

  • Fast storage and storage with 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM
Cons

Won't wake up from sleep, had to come back!

After 10 years without my own laptop I bought this Zenbook 13 with 8 RAM and 256 GB. I'm giving this review 1 star because I had to return it. The problem I had was that the laptop would not wake up from sleep, this happened almost the first day after setting up my account and after the battery was charged. When I closed the lid or put the computer to sleep while idle, the screen went black, a small light on the side blinked, but the light on the power button didn't blink. I couldn't turn it on
