So basically the question is do I spend less or more. Arlo's mounts are way better than these. These fasteners are difficult to tighten and can break. That being said, you're spending $11 for 3 or $18 for one. They work and you can install them and they're fine, but they're nowhere near as good as the Arlo mounts. If you're careful and think things through well, you'll be fine with these mounts. I have these and Arlo mounts. Due to the money difference I would buy them again but don't expect much from them. I broke one during installation. If money isn't an issue, then the Arlo mount is the way to go, but when it comes down to it, they'll work.
