We use this product as our Applicant Tracking System for all of my clients that I handle through out-sourcing services at work. This software allows me to track each client's status in real time so there are no surprises when invoices come due or payments need to be made! It has been very easy to integrate with other applications such as Outlook/Outlook 365 (which we also utilize) which makes things run smoother than ever before. The customer service department can sometimes take awhile to respond but they do get back to you eventually. You cannot customize fields within your own account unless it says otherwise by their FAQ section. There should definitely be more customization options available depending upon what type of business you have. Keeping up with multiple accounts from different locations around the country, keeping everyone informed about projects coming down the pike and being able to bill them accordingly without any issues.
