You can easily filter by job title or department when searching for candidates through our website as well as via email outreach to past clients who may be open-minded about new opportunities! The ability to see where your candidate pool stands in terms of their interest level (i.e., number) makes this tool really useful since it's often difficult getting leads from other methods once you've already started contacting them with specific positions posted online! It helps me to track my applicants in one place. I can also create and send out emails to them all at once without having to email each of them individually. I like that it has all of our candidates information in one place so we can easily pull them up for interviews or reference checks! It's easy to use with multiple recruiters working from different offices which makes things easier when trying to keep track who did what (and where!). The interface could be improved by making some screens smaller/less complex but overall not much dislikes about this product at present time - would love more customization options though as well!!
