It helps me to track my applicants in one place. I can also create and send out emails to them all at once without having to email each of them individually. There's nothing that I dislike about it so far. I do like how easy it is to use and how customizable it is. I wish there was more for customization options, but I'm sure that will come with time. This program has been great for our company. As a recruiter, I am able to see when applications were submitted by my candidates. If there are any questions or concerns they may have, I can easily contact them through this application as well. The best part of hiringstorm is their ability to send emails with all your candidates information in them which makes it easy for you to connect with each candidate that applies! I wish they could have more options when choosing where applicants would like to receive notifications from. Their support team has been very helpful as well! They are able to help me get my job search going faster than other companies out there because they can find jobs quickly.
