Heartbroken Good Home Decor Accessory Accents

2 boxes bought in September for Christmas. The packaging turned out to be good, so I had no concerns at the time. Now, when I unpacked the box to start decorating the Christmas tree, I found that out of 24 pieces only 6 were intact and usable. At this point my heart is broken as I am sure it is too late to go back.
