Review on Zojirushi 4-Liter Hybrid Water Boiler and Warmer: Efficient Stainless Dark Brown Appliance by Kenny Kowalewski

I've had this for over 4 months and overall I'm happy with the quality. I like to drink warm water during the day. But I'm pretty sure my block was sent with no filter. The instruction manual doesn't say anything about it, maybe if you clean it. Was it already assembled or came in a separate bag or box? All I know is that I didn't get any. I started going through a refund through Revain Prime but was suggested to contact Zojirushi Support. It told me it wasn't covered under warranty and that I would normally have to pay, but as a "courtesy" they would send me one for free. Serious? As I was still in the return window for Revain Prime I would just return it to Revain Prime if they charged me anything. They probably knew about it, hence their generous offer. So if Zojirushi is reading this, you need to get a better guideline. You should also mention this in more detail in your operating instructions. I only see it in the parts list and cleaning page. If it's not already built, be sure to mention it when discussing setup. And if it's missing, don't try to fool your customers who just spent a lot of their hard-earned cash. Two stars.
