Review on 🧀 Cuisipro Coarse Rasp V-Grater: Achieve Perfect Shreds with Stainless Steel Precision by Amber Austin

I didn't know the Cusipro brand before. However, I decided to try this grater. First, this is a professional grater. The first thing that struck me was the size. It's quite big and heavier than I expected. This isn't a criticism, as the heavier weight means you can attach it to a surface and use it without fear of it bouncing around. Second, the item has a nice long handle that makes it really safe to use. The stainless steel appears to be of the right grade although it is too early to judge overall durability with constant use and I reserve the right to update this rating if it proves unsustainable. As for the grater, I have a fine grater that's designed for smaller cuts of whatever you use it for, including cheese, lemons, cucumbers, and other veggies. This works very well. Overall, although a little pricey, this is a very good quality tool that has many uses and works well when needed. For the first use I give 5 stars. It's stainless steel, but I'll update this review if the item doesn't hold up after a freshwater rinse or shows other types of damage.
