Sold me a used product

Received it today and will be returning it today. It was obviously opened and resealed. In fact, there is a random hair in the package. With everything going on with the pandemic why would anyone think it would be ok to ship this to someone and besides I paid for a new product and not someone else's returned product. This is unacceptable.
