Review on SHIMANO SG_B01MTZS4CV_US Dura Ace 9100 Pedal by Jarod Lacy

I haven't worn them for a very long time but they seem very well made and durable. I'll update if I find the experience has changed (I doubt I will). All I can say is why, oh why did it take so long to get clipless pedals? For those who have used the clip before, the following isn't news. For those considering changes, read on. I can't believe the difference in performance! My first ride with them increased my average speed by 8km/h and my heart rate was generally lower. In fact, I can use all of my leg/hip/core muscles on hills. I used to have toe cages in flat pedals which allowed some traction (not just compression) but lateral movement and flex shoes really absorb a lot of power. Clipless eliminates all that waste and is relatively easy to get used to.
