It is easy to use once you understand how it works, there are many features that can be used in this product which helps me work very faster with my team and clients without wasting time or going through more steps than necessary. I do not really like some of its functions but they have been working hard at making changes so maybe someday I will love them as much as others! The most helpful feature about using success stars has helped with our contact management system by being able to create multiple contacts for each client we interact with. We also realized what emails were sent out from us when someone clicked one of those links. This allowed us to know who was interested enough to click instead of just sending all customers emails. Also made sure everyone knew exactly where people stood within different phases of projects before starting new ones. And finally created email templates allowing many options depending on project phase or stage etc.
