The first thing that happened was that one of the two screens fell out of the bottom of its small protective packaging when I was looking for a way to open it. It fell about 2.5 to 3 feet onto my hardwood floor and got a spider web tear in the top left corner. I guess it would protect my screen but that's a drop and that's it. For the second screen I installed it using common sense as the four steps on the back of the box are unclear and mention using tools not included and some parts don't make sense. I will use the one screen protector I still have but my expectations for protection are minimal and low as my phone will be dropped so I will buy a screen protector. Lost me lasted for years until it got a lot of smudges and a smudge in the middle of the screen. Too bad I didn't remember the company I bought it from and assumed that everything would be fine with this product.
