Good news: it appears to be made mostly of quality materials, is very light (lighter than most!) and easy to assemble. I've read about other brands flipping over corners and causing accidents. I've only seen ONE person say that about going down a hill too fast and then making a sharp right turn at the bottom of the hill. You don't have to SUPER-SHUT right turns, but most right turns seem fine. Ours handled the slow 10 mile ride just fine AFTER setting the guide length properly. She likes the open window on the back wheel, when the leash was too long she jumped out to chase the squirrel while walking. Luckily he wasn't hurt. The leash is adjusted, everything is fine now. Bad News: 1. (If your screen is open OR if your dog is squeezing the sides of the unzipped flaps, you will need an adjustable leash). Good luck finding an ADJUSTABLE leash so your dog doesn't stretch out far enough to get their nose stuck in the spokes of a bike's rear wheel or jump out in the middle of a ride. None of our local pet stores had anything like this. The support just says you should use a regular leash. You can use a cloth leash and I think tie knots of varying lengths until YOU are happy and FEEL CONFIDENT with the area you want your dog to reach from the outside, or in our case we prefer the inside. Follower. IF they fall out of the trailer and the leash is too short, it is VERY dangerous! (The longer the less chance of strangling him or her when they get out of the trailer, but short enough protects our pet from even leaving the trailer, especially DURING THE RIDE) We made it so that only theirs The trailer's nose can hardly come out. (I hope this all makes sense the way I explained it) 2. A kickstand would be useful in certain situations (long story) but if you want one it costs an extra $30 and 3. if you want to use stroller wheels costs it still $99 extra. The brakes are for both sides, but only reach one side unless you really put a load on one side to force the other side to reach. (Customer service says just FULLY tighten.) I think it's possible to flex the left wheel just for it to touch the right wheel, but personally I wouldn't apply the brake so hard that it might damage it. Have a nice day, surely enjoy by taking your pet with you on the trip!
