It's a big display compared to how much space a real clock takes up on a desk. It has all the features you would want in a clock radio including snooze, battery backup, sleep timer, FM radio and an optional dimmer which I find extremely useful and a nice added bonus! Having Play set to the highest level in a bright room is great as it makes it so much easier to see the numbers. At the same time, it's nice to be able to dim it in a dark room or for those who are light sleepers and sensitive to bright light. Due to the fact that the display is so large and the device itself is relatively narrow, it can easily find a place on even the most crowded or smallest table.
