The best pet hair remover. Is always.
You can vacuum with the most powerful machine (Dyson, Rainbow etc.) and dog and cat hair will still remain in the upholstery. The only thing that really removes 99% of hair is this particular brand's sticky curlers. The T-handle makes work easier. They cost more, but they're worth it; They are stronger than embroidery constructions and last longer. I regularly buy reusable packaging. I use them around the house at least once a day.
