First of all they fit my neck perfectly. Soft comfort although the buttons are not as pronounced as my Mpows should have large buttons. The positive sound is incredible, people had to move in the ear canal to hear the sound. Haven't tried calling yet. My miss works in a noisy shop, says she found it difficult to hear me very loud from her side. We will see. But like I said, my music sounds so great. It sits well in my ears. I have two guarantees, never spent so much on a blue tooth before.
