This was a replacement for an old Raidmax PSU that eventually died. I had already contacted Raidmax and knew what I needed so purchasing was easy. However, the delivery arrived quickly, was properly packaged and new as advertised. After the installation, my computer started working again. I liked the design of the cable which made it easy to connect everything.
