Every body is different so these may work for others, but they were not flattering on me at all. I bought them upon recommendation from a friend who said she really loved them. She compared them to thick, denim leggings which sounded awesome!They were really comfortable, but fit me terribly. The pockets were really low and wide which I don't think is flattering at all. They are ankle length, which is what is advertised, but the cut of the jeans made them wide at my ankle which looked strange. I tried cuffing them, but that looked strange as well. I typically wear denim from Loft or Gap and was looking for something better quality, but the fit made me send these back.
