I really like these moccasins. I would give this 4.5 stars. They'd be a solid five stars if the daily price was a little lower, or if you could get them via some sort of promotion. I think some people have the wrong idea of what it is. These are not cheap shoes. They're actually pretty good as espadrilles. But as "loafers" they don't compare very well. What I particularly like about them is that they have a much more durable sole than most espadrilles (hence the name "hybrid"). The sole has a better grip than conventional espadrilles. And they have a removable insole, which is also very convenient. Both models are an upgraded version of standard espadrilles. The upper is very similar to the very nice espadrilles found in the boutique. The pebble embossing on the leather is even and deep. The tailoring is also consistently good. I like the bright orange color and the multicolored elastic. And I'm sure they would be at least double the price in a boutique. But there's a reason I come to Revane for things like this. It's because I don't want to pay the price of a boutique resort. And for what they were selling for at the time of this review ($41.99), I think some people will have a hard time finding them at a reasonable price. The shoes are actually better than they appear in the seller's photos. Hopefully the video shows that. I expect these shoes to last a lot more seasons than regular espadrilles. I recommend them if you are looking for great espadrilles.
