Disconnecting the control cable from the connector afterwards

After the lift has been used once, the control cable connector comes loose from the connector. The cable was not stressed during use. Everything else is fine with the block. It would be nice to know where to get a replacement cable. I was able to contact Newtry and they sent a replacement control cable! Very quick response and couldn't be happier! The elevator worked great for the project I needed it for.
