Solid replacement part
Almost perfect fit. Slightly different hole pattern on one side than pictured, allows you to move up or down a bit if your car's holes are beveled for some reason (don't know why). Unfortunately on my 2007 X5 the holes are not far enough apart. But it's plastic so it will stretch (minus 1 star). Overall a good replacement part.
