This item is very useful and ideal for cranks with a hollow bottom bracket. You just have to make sure you tighten the bolts on the left arm, including the crank bolt cap (my set of hex tools wasn't the size to tighten it, so I improvised and used pliers). The screw cap came loose during the climb (my fault, no detail). That's a lot for a hollow star that typically costs $100 or more.
