Update: The RMA process is very easy and the company is willing to replace the part that was not delivered, for which I have upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Original: I bought 4 sticks for my work. the computer is still the same speed and size. Got 3 of what I ordered and received a less speed stick. 3x 3000MHz and 1x at 2400MHz according to the labels on the packaging, which unfortunately I didn't look at before installing. Luckily, they have stickers listing RAM speeds. I contacted the seller and after a few emails they realized their mistake but was told to file a complaint with the parent company to have it replaced. This will seriously affect my CAD work I do at work while we play mail exchange. The product itself seems very reliable and has worked well, albeit slower than the one purchased.
