Nice stroller but

I never write reviews but wanted something people could relate to. I tried to add more photos but for some reason I couldn't add some photos. I have a medical service dog that I like to put in a stroller to be more respectful of those who may have problems/allergies to dogs, particularly in restaurants. I needed something big and researched for about a year. This stroller was way bigger than I could afford but I saved money. When I received it it was much larger than I expected and very heavy! I mean very difficult! So keep that in mind. If you only use this stroller for outdoor use, e.g. B. for running or walking, it is suitable for you. This will work for a good sized dog. My dog is a 20 lb Cavalier and 18 inches long and could lie down at about 8 inches to the left. However, when it arrived in the mail, the box was so dented that it barely held up. There were scratches on the stroller frame. When pulling out the stroller, the frame bent, which made it almost impossible to put on the lower part of the axle, I had to use a hammer, it took more than an hour. The fracture was stuck due to a bent frame. There were two quarter sized holes in the bottom of the stroller due to metal rubbing on them. When I tried to fold it, it wouldn't straighten up due to the curved frame. This stroller was also supposed to come with a wheel air pump, but the air pump was not supplied. However Revain's customer service has been great on everything, 1 star not for their service which was amazing but for the condition the stroller arrived in. I would say when you receive this item you can pay extra for shipping to have it in UPS/FED EX hands in no time. I would recommend only taking this stroller for large dogs, or if you have more than one small dog, or for disabled dogs for walking or jogging. You can use it in a mall, but again it's very large and won't fit in doorways or tight spaces. I'm 5'4 and it came across my stomach. If you need a lighter stroller or have limited mobility, this stroller is not for you. The wheels are nice but need an air pump. The box and instructions say it came with the stroller, which I don't. So you may need to check with Petgear if you need to buy it separately or if it's a seller error. I hope this helps anyone looking to spend $300 on a stroller. I am grateful for the good service I received from Revain.
