Great company! Also a great product! We had no problem teaching our pup/dog to use this, we just nudged her before every outing and now she uses it all the time! Sometimes just to draw our attention to the game! :) She even tried to use it when suddenly, almost a year after we bought a double pack, it stopped working. She kept hitting, but without a sound. I tried another transmitter that didn't work so I emailed the seller and IMMEDIATELY got a very nice email from Keith. He helped me with troubleshooting (I changed the batteries in the transmitters but not the receiver, DUH! :) So after changing the battery in the receiver one transmitter worked and the other still didn't, it was the one we never had. still used. After I emailed Keith to say we had tried everything, he immediately agreed to send me a replacement for the broken transmitter. Received, works without problems! Quality product and customer service behind their product. Update in the modern world. I will buy again and recommend to a friend! Thank you Keith! Merry Christmas! ;)
