I like that they are able to personalize every email we send out, which makes our emails more effective! They also have some really nice templates for us in order to get started quickly with an easy-to follow process once you're done setting up all of your content/emails etc through them (it's not too difficult but there could be easier ways).

The customer service here was fantastic as well - very helpful throughout their setup stage & beyond when it came time to launch my campaigns!! We've been using this since last summer now so nothing major has come about yet other than just being consistent during these two years :) Great tool if someone wants something quick at first glance without having any experience or knowledge beforehand though definitely worth looking into before deciding what program will best fit whatever needs u may currently face / want solved!
