Is worth the money for all the items you get. a jacket, shirt, sports bra will fit a little more than shorts, and shorts with leggings will fit less, but fine if you like a tight fit. I didn't know the shorts were made out of leggings but you still get a pair of shorts. I ordered pink in XL. 175-180 pounds. I could take a big one, but then the bottom would be too small
