This was ordered for 24 inch wreaths. The product was advertised for 24 inch wreaths but my wreaths did not fit in the container. The box my wreaths came in was 24" x 24" and the box had a bit of room around the wreaths so I assumed a 24" wreath holder would fit fine but unfortunately I was wrong not correct. I don't understand why it is listed for 24" wreaths when they don't even fit in a container. I requested a refund or exchange and was told it was possible but I would be responsible for the return postage. I called the number provided and was asked to leave a message as no one was able to take the call. Left a detailed message and a callback number, never received a call. Buyer beware, do not trust the advertised size. I will no longer order from this company. Bad product and very bad customer support. Wanted to give zero stars.
