I love that it's easy to use, you can set up in about 5 minutes with an API key! You must have your own server if using webhooks because there are no hosted options out of their service partner (Twillium).
This makes sense given how much traffic they handle but would be nice if we could host our servers ourselves instead or at least give us some insight into why this may not work best without them doing so first - perhaps even offer solutions as well? We're solving many different problems related around secure messaging between teams across multiple countries which all need varying levels access permissions depending upon who needs what information/access within each team member user group etc., hence having one tool do everything helps immensely reduce admin overhead compared other more traditional methods such ours where people still had separate tools per function e..g chat vs.
