Review on OKF Electric Stainless Commercial Crushers by Joseph Katipally

At first the product was unsuccessful. I bought it about a year ago, most of the other reviews are for the latest generation product. The company recently sent me a message asking me to update the review as they have updated the product for a "new generation" model. They sent a new product for free. While the other latest-gen product was a disaster, this one is much better, although it still leaks a bit from the bottom, which is easily remedied by placing a towel underneath. This time there was no metal coating inside the product. The three blades also make shaving faster. I would still recommend buying 2 cup containers to fill with water to make the ice a "washing machine" shape. When the ice is in the shape of a "washing machine" the ice is scraped rather than crushed as would be the case with ice cubes.
