This unit was a good replacement for the Denso OEM fan housing. Installation was a hassle, not because there were any issues with the part, but because you had to squeeze the unit into a tight space if you didn't want to remove a few things under the hood. One difference from the original Denso block is that a small dust cover has been removed from the original engine, which cannot be installed on the replacement engine due to the different orientation of the engine mount and cable passage, but this is not a large one. Value and everything else on the engine seems fine. I won't be talking about reliability for the next 10+ years.
