After receiving the package I tried to follow the pre-launch instructions step by step just to get a little experience with these circuits. However, it was a nightmare. It started snowing on the way to Lake Tahoe so I followed the guide to attaching the chains. Then, after driving at about 40 km/h with these snow chains for about 15 minutes, BAM! I heard something break and hit the side of my car. When I went down, guess what, the thread of the fabric snapped! I installed 6 of these on the front wheels, 3 on each wheel. Then over the next 30 miles of driving, 3 of 6 of them on one side came loose and reached out to hit the side of my car as one side was still attached was. Broken ones had to be cut off with a pair of scissors for a fee because the key from the pack was too weak. As shown in my last photo, the key was bent. It wasn't caused by me over tightening or loosening it. I followed the instructions and even did a pre-run as I mentioned in the beginning. Even after a run it was difficult to unload these snow chains. The key is too weak as shown in my last photo. If I press too hard the black metal holder just breaks as shown in my penultimate picture. It's very dangerous. It will break and can cause accidents and also damage the side of your car! Buy a real chain instead of that plastic junk.
