It was damaged best in gifts

I bought this for a confirmation gift. When it arrived I opened the package and saw it was there. I didn't take it out of the plastic bag. I only did this to prepare for a gift and one of the glass beads broke. Now I'm well past my return date. It's my own fault for not fully checking it on arrival. Do this when you buy them as they are GLASS!
