Defective Item - Exterior Accessories
The item came in a brown box with no protection. It may have been damaged in transit. The sensor worked, but nothing more. The latch is stuck in the closed position and will not release. Not from the cable underfoot or secondary. The secondary trap (bottom) does not release the main trap. He is SHOT/LOCKED. In short if I buy this I have to spend more for the store to open and replace than if I buy the original from Audi. Seller must contact me for a working replacement or refund.
