The plastic used to separate the contacts melted instantly with my soldering iron at 375C which I thought was too low. It literally took less than a second of contact with my smallest tip to completely melt the plastic and ruin the connector (the pin fell out completely). Also, there is no solder on the back of the pins. Instead, there are MINUSCULE holes that won't even fit 30 AWG wire. I'm not sure if a single strand of 30 AWG copper will fit in the hole. I'm sure there is a master solderer who could use this connector, but for the average person it's a total waste of time and money.
