Review on ๐Ÿถ BPA-Free Bobble Classic Reusable Water Bottle with Replaceable Carbon Filter - Lavender, 34 oz./1 L by Vijay Patel

I like that it has a rubber cap.

I bought the smaller pom pom first because the reviews said it was too big to fit in cup holders etc. I found the smaller size to be too small for me and I kept refilling it so I ended up getting this supplement too. I like that it has a rubber cap that attaches to the bottle so it doesn't get lost and doesn't get the mouthpiece dirty in my bag. I used to have a Brita filter bottle but it stunk and when I cleaned it the soapy taste stuck to the plastic and it kept leaking everywhere and the inside of the mouthpiece got dirty so I replaced it with a pump. The pom pom never leaks, hasn't had an odd smell or taste yet, and the mouthpiece is attached to the filter so it can be replaced before things get uncomfortable. The two issues I have with this bottle are that 1) the plastic in the larger bottle is pretty flimsy and always looks like it's about to break (I've only had it a few months and it's already badly dented and chipped) and 2) the filter makes a very loud sucking noise when the bottle sucks air back in after a big gulp. These are minor downsides, but the noise can be a bit annoying if you're using this bottle in a meeting and the room is quiet. I find the smaller bottle less noisy and more durable. So if you don't mind fueling up all the time, get a smaller one. If you don't want to be constantly getting up to refill, or you know frequent refueling isn't an option, go for the bigger option and deal with the consequences.
