This is exactly what I was looking for. My wedding ring started to fall off due to the fact that I was losing weight. It was about to slip off my wrist almost completely. I've looked around and only seen plastic tubes that can be slipped onto the ring to reduce the size. I didn't like this idea because dirt and water got inside and it had to be cleaned often. I came across these ring sizes and thought they were perfect for my situation. They arrived on time. I used pliers to bend the small tabs around the ring. Fits great. This reduced the size by half a size. Now my ring stays in place and doesn't move. Best of all, I don't feel like there's anything there and it's practically invisible.
