Description of πŸ” Small Yellow 3 Ring Guards: Adjustable Sizing Jewelry Parts

This is a new set of 3 yellow gold filled small ring guards. Easy to attach and won't slip off. These are great for helping to size a ring instead of having the ring worked on. These keep the ring in the proper place and there are no sharp edges to tear clothing or scratch skin.

Great temporary solution

Much better than the plastic ring adjusters, they actually stay in place and if you take the time to put them on you have no protruding parts. However, this requires a small pair of pliers. Easy to remove, invisible and relatively easy to clean. I definitely recommend it for rings that you don't want to put on and take off often.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • High price

NOT For men's rings

I bought these hoping they would reduce play on my rings as my fingers seem to fall between standard ring sizes. I was very disappointed to find that they did NOT match my rings. They are just too small/short to attach. They are suitable for a women's ring, but useless for a men's ring. Although the quality seems ok.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Nothing here

Saved My Rings - Bead and Jewelry Making

After I lost weight my large wedding ring started slipping and slipping. After losing it in the trash and digging through the dirt to find it, I decided to try the ring guard. The metal ones looked more durable and had better ratings. Supplied in a set of 3, but without instructions. As I have a learning disability I searched and found a YouTube video explaining how to apply the protection. Light.[.]

Works when you're doing your homework

They work pretty well if you work on how to use them a bit. The first thing you need is a pair of pliers. I used the normal ones. They worked fine. A needle nose would probably work better. Application: The long part that runs parallel to the strip is the part that touches your finger. Two protruding small handles face in opposite directions to provide a better grip. Helpful tip when applying: Line up the parallel section with the tape and bend one arm slightly to "hold" it. Using pliers, bend…

perfect solution for 1-2 size adjustment

I have a ring that cannot be resized and I was afraid of losing it. This little thing was awesome. I used a small pair of pliers to ensure the ends were flush with the ring and wrapped tightly around the band. didn't snag anything and still looks great (about a month old). I really think you need to use the attachment tool. Don't expect to do it with just your fingers or you will be disappointed with the results.

Excellent purchase!

This is exactly what I was looking for. My wedding ring started to fall off due to the fact that I was losing weight. It was about to slip off my wrist almost completely. I've looked around and only seen plastic tubes that can be slipped onto the ring to reduce the size. I didn't like this idea because dirt and water got inside and it had to be cleaned often. I came across these ring sizes and thought they were perfect for my situation. They arrived on time. I used pliers to bend the small tabs

In theory, these are excellent protection rings

I bought a size 9 ring in London two years ago. Big mistake on my part as I usually wear size 7 for rings. I bought this set thinking it would be enough to downsize a size 9 to a size 7. That's not it. In theory, I think these protective rings are great. In my opinion they are really comfortable. However these guard rings are fragile, I wish the construction was stronger and the strap longer. At best, I reduced my ring from a size 9 to a size 8.5. Luckily the ring doesn't slip on my finger that
