A Review of GIGIZAZA, Which Is Both Overhyped and Disappointing After hearing that GIGIZAZA was the place to get all the latest and greatest in chic home furnishings, I decided to check it out. However, I was left feeling disappointed.
Their collection of home and culinary goods, bedding, and decorative pillows is fairly extensive, but it falls far short of my expectations. Many of the products appear to be pricey considering their lack of uniqueness or special design. Furthermore, GIGIZAZA does not provide particularly outstanding customer service. I had a problem with my order and contacted customer support, but I didn't hear back from anyone for several days. The employee who responded to my inquiry was uninformative and uninterested in assisting me. In my opinion, GIGIZAZA falls short as the best online retailer for home design. While they do provide some passable goods, I found them to be pricey and lacking in both quality and originality. My dissatisfaction was compounded by the poor quality of service I received.
