I bought these during the COVID-19 pandemic because all standard webcams were sold out everywhere. I thought we might use it in a conference room, but for now it added a mic, speaker, and camera to my desktop PC, which didn't have them. It was an amazing webcam. Outstanding picture and sound. The hands-free system works without echo and other noises. Pan and tilt are good for fine tuning. Be sure to use an extension cord, otherwise the chamber will be too low. The remote control is comfortable but panning is jerky, while panning is smooth with the built-in controls. I had to set my computer to use it as the default microphone and speakers so it wouldn't turn off during video conferences. You MUST connect the power adapter to an AC power source; It just doesn't work with USB.
