As a self-described "geek," I couldn't wait to discover the Portholic online store and stock up on some new mobile phone accessories. Unfortunately, my time spent on Portholic was a living horror. To begin with, it took forever to load pages and was extremely complicated to use. It took me forever to track down what I needed, and even then I wasn't 100% sure I was buying the correct thing. I was dismayed to receive my purchase and discover the low quality of the items. While the armband was so snug that it cut off my circulation, the phone case I bought was flimsy and didn't suit the phone at all. And the holsters were about as practical as a screen door on a submersible, so don't even get me started on them. Portholic's lackluster support for existing customers was the icing on the cake. My calls went unreturned and my letters were deleted when I asked for a refund. In general, Portholic is not something I would suggest to anyone. If you need a mobile phone accessory, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle, believe me.
