It took me almost a month to arrive from China. Size XXL is perfect for my 17 inch chest although the coat is a bit long and loose. There is no hole for the leash but I cut a slot and made it myself. The hood helps keep the wind out. I added zippers to keep the hood from falling over his head as he is not used to the hood yet. It's good to have extra room for a thick harness under your coat or even his Gooby fleece vest with linen rings under your coat in very cold weather. The fleece lining is of mediocre quality, the outer layer is made of synthetic material. Don't think it's waterproof. One of the main disadvantages is poor quality plastic buttons :( In general a good jacket for ONLY $11 :)
