It cannot be rotated 360 degrees.
You can't rotate this camera arm arbitrarily. What happens is that the movement of the arm is stopped by the screw. Also, the rod is unreliable even when screwed in. He swings like crazy. For example, if you need a top view to draw something, you need this stand at the craziest angle imaginable. Not worth the money.
