Review on 💡 Enhanced Adjustable Downlight Retrofit Replacement by OSTWIN by Mondreka Rosenhoover

This is a 4 bulb set that was described as a 1250 lumen 4000k light but when I installed them alongside my existing 950 lumen 4000k ceiling lights two of the 1250 lumens were as bright as 950 -Lumen bulbs. I contacted the seller and told him I'm not satisfied and want to return the product but he told me I'll pay the shipping cost both ways if he doesn't find anything wrong with the light after test them to their standards. In other words, they don't give a full guarantee for their product. You can always say the bulbs are ok according to their testing standards and I end up paying for shipping by testing their product at my side. I decided to leave the light even though I don't like it.
