They are perfect. They have better performance and focus than some of the more expensive kits. My granddaughter loves green so it was great that we could get her in the color she loves. The only thing that confuses me is that they list it as binoculars for boys. My granddaughter loves bird watching and golfers on the golf course behind our backyard. We also play music for children "Let's Go Bear Hunting". In this song they sing "Going for Binoculars" along with some others. She likes having "her” binoculars with her.
