It didn't work at all. We bought this to replace a wall unit that was the exact same one that had just died. This product is not good at all. I wouldn't even give one star. My husband, who is an electrical engineer and did a lot of wiring, couldn't get this wallbox to talk to the remote. Just bad design. No wonder your Home Depots and Lowes stopped selling them. They must have been returned all along. We got it back in the end and Revain's customer support was great as always. You get 5 stars in my book!
