I bought these for a slightly different reason than what they are sold for. My brother, who was paralyzed in an accident a few years ago, is now experiencing the winter weather terribly - in addition to the effects on the rest of his body, he can't stand the cold in his head and ears. So I bought him this. He reports that the headband is very comfortable and the warmer pouches are in the right place to get the job done. He is amazed at how long the heaters will continue to work.
